I had this idea for a while and was really looking forward to trying it out, but I kind of lost all enthusiasm once I realised the quality of the PS3 render I'd used wasn't all that great. I've tried to smooth it out the best I can, but I'm still not entirely happy with it.

Update - Changed the deviation title to 'PS3 Headquarters', as I realised there's not really much of a skyline, and the new title seemed more fitting.
